The Biogun™ was among the first "stand-alone" Soft tissue devices available, and yet today still offers features not available in competitive devices. Its design is simple yet flexible, and allows for approaching a biopsy by either the “proximal or “in lesion” technique. The stylet can be removed from the device for sample evaluation while the needle is still at the biopsy site, eliminating the need for repositioning. Hart designed this product to meet the need, and made it available on a turn-key basis.
